okay, i wouldn't consider this post as a ranting one rather, an imjustlookingbackatmypreviousperformance post. nevertheless,
warning, you should not read further if:
1) YOU HATE ME. 2) YOU HATE ME AND MY SINGING. 3) YOU'RE JUST ANOTHER IDIOT "PASSINGBY" AND COMMENTING NEGATIVELY. 4) YOU'RE JUST A DOWN-RIGHT LOSER.
okay? lets move on.
so far in secondary school, i have been performing quite a bit. starting with drama performances plus singing "colours of the wind" on teachers' day in sec1.
sec 2 i continued performing with ignite concert + MORE drama performances.here are 2videos:
and my singing which was kinda screwed up.
it's not really the performance i imagined it to be .. outfit was UGH(it was for drama), vocals were DOUBLE UGH( even people like mr lee,elroy,kenny and many many more noticed a change in my singing voice over the past few months of rehearsals!) damn.
after the ignite concert last year i was able to go to china (shenzhen/hongkong) to perform my song and drama 5TIMES! here's one of my singing vid:
i really enjoyed most of my time there! hahas.
finally this year there was only syf and ncp for drama. as for singing, UGH, teachers' day. chosing a miley cyrus song was reeally stupid of me. don't wanna sing that song ever again. same goes for "this is me" by demi and joe.
you know, singaporean crowds are just so UGH. everytime i sing in school i always get laughed at first followed by applause. COME ON PEOPLE, im not a comedy act. jokes aren't really my thing! another thing about them is respect. haven't anyone heard of SILENCE while the performance is still on? applause only before and after performance!
honestly i've got to say im not happy with my performing self. it's just not up to MY standards. im just awaiting for the killer performance .. one thing i assure everyone is that it'll be a solo performance. hah.

i've been watching tons of youtube videos and listening to people like singingdork888, savannahouten and much more. i wish i can be discovered by some talent scout via youtube. but judging at my videos, NOT GONNA HAPPEN. i just need better equipment like a vid cam + mic. i should prolly learn to play the guitar or something too ..
i have plans for myself in the future. it's only up to me to go for it. right? :)

okay, back to reality, i didn't attend the papers for today. blessing in disguise? kinda :\ but then again, im really scared for it! i MUST go back to school tomorrow! i've not been in school for two weeks already!

p.s: i've been really addicted to the suite life on deck. LOVE ZACK AND CODY! pp.s: i can hardly sing high notes anymore! even simple songs from libera is difficult for me to sing! i think im dropping from soprano to alto. HAHAHA :(
